General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for
services relating to activities and work performed for clients
of Sedona Business Services, LLC. Sedona Business
Services, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and
Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check
these Terms and Conditions as posted on the Sedona
Business Services website at periodically for
changes. Your continued use of services provided by
Sedona Business Services, LLC following the posting of
changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the
access codes and icons and all passwords that have been
assigned or created by the user that relate to accessing your
desktop in the cloud through Sedona Business Services.
During the course of providing our services to you, we may
offer you various other services that may be of interest to
you based on our determination of your needs through
analysis of your activity on the services. Your use of the
services we offer constitutes consent to our disclosure of
nonpublic information to carefully selected service providers.

None of the services can be relied on to disclose errors,
fraud, unauthorized access or illegal acts. However, we will
inform you of any evidence or information that comes to our
attention during the period of performance of the specified
services that these events may have occurred.
You may terminate your engagement of our services at any
time, by sending written notice of intent to terminate 30 days
prior to date of termination. Should you do so, however, you
remain liable for all unpaid fees. We reserve the right to
withdraw the services at any time because of unpaid fees,
the guidance of our Professional Standards, or for any other
reason. We will notify you in advance of any decision by us
to withdraw services.
